Something's broken. My last two drawings didn't show up after I saved. It stalled at the "now saving.." message. But after I saved the first of those, the tiny preview image for the latest draw for this board on the front page went blank.

Here's something else that's fcuked: The canvas size here is 300x300. That's a total of 90,000 pixels. That means there are 8.1 billion possible black and white images you can draw here. If you were to write, say, "bb" on the canvas in B&W, that image would be one of those 8.1 billion images. If you were to write a program that randomly produced B&W images, that particular image would have only a 1 in 8.1 billion chance of showing up on any given program iteration. But you can write that text many different ways, at many different sizes, and at many different positions on the canvas (and also various multiple combinations on the same canvas, with or without other unrelated images or noise). Imagine "bb" written in small print in the upper left-hand corner. It will take only 28 pixels (7x4) to do so. Now imagine all the other pixels (89972 of them) being allowed to change through every possible combination. This would produce 8,094,960,784 images that contain that particular variation of "bb" alone. That's just over 99.9% of all possible images! When you factor in all the other possible placements and variations of "bb" (e.g. the same in the upper right-hand corner, lower left-hand corner, etc.), statistically you should expect to find it in every B&W image here. Since most, if not all, the B&W images here do not contain "bb" (such as allman's below), the only logical conclusion is that you all are intentionally avoiding mentioning me!

Nevermind, I figured out what happened. I misremembered the chain of events. After it ate my drawring, I googled something that led me to the temp board version of oekaki, which I didn't notice was different until after I saved. My fault, not your site's. It was very hot yesterday and I wasn't thinking straight. I am from WA state, USA, where 90 degrees makes us confused and disoriented.
