dear fatribz - Hypnagogia A state between awake and sleep. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypnagogia Mrae explained this to me one day. I have been going through this for the past 30 years. My eyes would be open staring at the dresser or the alarm clock and then something would be walking towards my bedroom and my bed is spinning, hair blowing, loud bass sounds blasting my ear drums, hair standing on end, blood curling cries from my mouth trying to wake myself up!!! AAHHH!!!!
