Chrome not working, using Edge with Chirpj....works

I've been using the old Internet Explorer... I just installed an old version of Java in it and I don't let it upgrade (when it asks)... Basically, Internet Explorer only has 2 jobs in my world: 1-drawing on 10eastern, and 2-downloading Chrome.
