well, i just took forgotten man's account down. doing this will most likely be a shining example of everything that's been preached. i'm sure i'm being added to the long list of forces preventing his freedom of speech and taking away his rights, contributing to violence, social injustice, and a list of 14 other things i'm forgetting

i had several people contact me upset about forgotten man's last few drawings, on top of unhappy comments left on those drawings by a bunch of us here. i've been contacted before, this started to become a big problem, i had to take action. too many people upset, his posts didn't fit at all with what's happening here in the first place. in my opinon, and i don't think i'm too alone here, what's happening here is: art, drawing, sketching, people creating stuff, interacting, supporting each other, collaborating. an outlet for that. his views were upsetting a bunch of people here. drawing wasn't any real concern or priority for him. there was no discussion, no interaction, just pasting quotes that generally upset a bunch of people. it hit a breaking point with several people here, and i had to take action.
ahh, i see. well i agree with that.. it isn't like drawing on <a href="http://10eastern.com">10eastern.com</a> is a right.. you know? you aren't stopping him from creating anything, he just has to do it somewhere else.
yanbu don't worry about it, if someone has nothing to contribute and basically is just spamming the board up then they should not have the privilege to draw here, and yes it's a privilege
it was really the american flag with swastikas all over it that brought this over the edge though.. all facts, viewpoints and opinions about the united states being and or not being corrupt aside, this upset a bunch of people and i had to answer to it, this site being my responsibility, and something i love dearly. i feel like i have to explain this some since the original images and comments are gone.
Hey Yanbu, I think you did the right thing, there is a difference between freedom of expression and ramming plagiarism down peoples throats in the most egoistic and offensive ways imaginable. There are plenty of forums for that type of stuff all over the internet. I've been on 10E for a long time and appreciate the unique and wonderful expressions of ourselves that we exhibit through our artwork and the sense of community that is always evolving out if it. Most of all yanbu I appreciate you and all you do for us, from having the site available to taking care of difficult situations like this one. Thanks!
guys i found a artsy farty woodenshoe with springs and metal sticking out of it in bayfield, canada. it had '10E' stamped on it. i took a picture on me phone.. i will try to share that if i can figure out a way (unlikely). maybe i'll just draw it.
