Nope.. When this thing died on me I lost all power to the bike.

not a regulator. This has something to do with pic 133.

Nope, the bike does have a regulator/rectifier but it is separate from this part. Hint: Diode

heres the answer, Its a diode board out of my BMW R75/6.
