Trying to draw this from memory. Saratoga Battle Monument. 155 feet tall, Over 200 steps to the top. Built in the mid 1800's. Some old coot jogged up them stairs twice in the time it took me to climb up them once.

This is in Schuylerville. You can see it from Rt29. Its on the back side of that apple place. Take the road that runs between the apple orchard and the corn field. Go straight past that cow standing by the fence and its just up the road.

I usually take rt 32 past the battlefield and wind into Victory and hang a larry and go up the street (the one with 5 cemetaries) and there you are.
