and Bucky is Ralph Phillips who shot 3 state policemen, killing one and that was after he shot a young man and his girl friend and had escaped from prison.........the guy has a problem......he only had 4 days left on his prison sentence from shooting the guy and girl when he broke out of prison and shot the 3 police in a ambush he had set up........fancys himself to be some type of folk hero....a 2 state man hunt on him with a $250,000 plus bounty on his head
